The Seekie Law Firm - Seeking Justice For YOU

We make ourselves available to provide aid through a variety of coinciding legal matters.

    • We specialize in complex legal matters including:  serious felony offenses, narcotics charges, and cases involving severe mental health diagnosis.  Criminal defense is the backbone of our firm, but we understand that your circumstances do not occur in isolation.  Charges stemming from violating a protection order issued in a family court hearing, can result in an arrest and criminal proceedings before Superior Court.  Therefore, we make ourselves available to provide aid through a variety of coinciding legal matters.
    • We tailor our representation to each client’s specific needs.  Our focus is on helping individuals facing legal issues.
    • We will compassionately defend and support every client.
    • We take pride in holding ourselves to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
    • Located in the heart of Macon, GA, we represent individuals throughout the state seeking to improve the administration of justice.

About Nyonnohweah Seekie

As a counselor at an inner city alternative school, Nyonnohweah Seekie knew that there was more to her students than the stereotypes and negative labels placed on them. In addition to social and economic difficulties, many of them faced difficulties at home, struggled with managing mental health and were in the criminal justice system. Nyonnohweah’s authenticity and compassion for people allowed her to connect with and aid those facing turbulent challenges in their daily lives. Today, Nyonnohweah provides that same understanding when working with clients on legal matters.

Seek Support:We’re Here For You

Your concerns are our priority. We will work daily to develop the best solution for your case. It is important that you are represented by an attorney with whom you feel comfortable sharing intimate aspects of your life.  We are here to ensure that appropriate steps are taken so that you understand the legal process and your options.

You are not alone.  We will fight for you.

Seek Counsel:Know Your Rights

Before speaking to authorities, speak to an attorney. Even if you feel that you have nothing to hide, it is important to speak with an attorney that can guide you through the process and get you the best results.

Similarly, when entering any agreement it is important to fully understand the terms and what is at stake. This includes when entering or leaving a marriage, or gaining authorization rights for a loved one. Make sure that you fully understand the pros and cons of each option.

Seek Justice:Fairness for You

The law endeavours to carry out justice, but at times this rigid pursuit falls short and fails to account for unique societal factors which contribute to your individual situation. Every individual is entitled to fair treatment, especially in court. We are willing to work with you to ensure that you are able to get justice in accordance with your specific circumstances.
